Refund policy

1. The Return Window

  • Standard Return Period: Returns must be initiated within 14 days of the delivery date.

  • Pre-order Cancellations: Customers can cancel their pre-order for a full refund at any time before the shipping process begins. Once an item has been processed for shipping, the standard return window applies.

2. Condition of Items (Non-Negotiable)

To maintain the quality of the project, all returns must meet these criteria:

  • Pristine State: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition as received.

  • Original Packaging: Items must be returned in their original frosted zipper bag with all tags and the ID: 011 sticker intact.

  • Inspection: Every return undergoes a manual inspection before a refund is authorized.

3. Refund & Exchange Options

  • Original Payment Method: Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method.

  • Exchanges: Due to our limited 350-piece production run, we cannot always guarantee an exchange for a different size. If the desired size is out of stock, a full refund or store credit will be issued instead.

  • Damaged Items: If an item arrives defective (e.g., embroidery errors), we will provide a prepaid return label and priority replacement or refund.

4. International Returns

  • Customer Responsibility: For international "Ascendants," the cost of return shipping and any non-refundable duties/taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Recommendation: We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot authorize a refund for items lost in transit back to Sector 011 (Houston).
